On October 15th I was privileged to present to a meeting of Providence Retired Teachers Association on the topic of Estate and Medicaid Planning. As Tony Mancini, the long-time President of the Association noted in his introduction, this was my fifth appearance before the PRTA, the first of which was in 2003.
